[KYHAM] Skywarn contacts update

Thank you to all who responded to my earlier request for Skywarn net control operator information. I have one more request: I have a handwritten note indicating that at some point Paul Vaughn, KF4ACQ in Lewisport, Hancock Co. was a net control operator. Can anyone tell me if this information is correct and still valid?
