[KYHAM] Need contacts for Skywarn net ops

Greetings all,

I have taken over the duties of Skywarn coordinator for the Louisville NWS office from Stu Kratz, WX4ME. As part of getting myself organized, I would like to make a single list of the active Skywarn nets and the net ops who would be operating during a severe weather event. So, my list would be location of the net, name/call sign of net ops, and an e-mail address so that I could send out information regarding contact with the NWS as needed. The Louisville office is very appreciative of the support that the amateur radio community gives them, and wants to maintain that mode of communicating events in real time. I will be working on identifying improvements that can be made, especially for Bowling Green, Glasgow, Campbellsville, Lexington, and Richmond where direct radio contact is most difficult.
