[KYHAM] Delays on KY ARES Tests and KYHAM updates.

To all,
Over the past 2-3 weeks, amateur radio related and a few other emails have been piling up due to work and client demands.  The Good Lord has blessed me with job security.  :)  

For those of you who have pending KY ARES Tests, KYHAM web site updates or other questions, sorry for the delay.  I'm starting to wade through them, and things should be caught up in the next day or three.
