[KYHAM] Program Change

Wilson Wells/N4ZQT, Program Chair for the Bluegrass Amateur
Radio Society sent the following e-mail about the program for
the Club's February meeting next Monday.

MARS is undergoing cataclysmic changes of which they can say nothing.
Maybe later after the dust settles.

So because of this, I have made a last minute change in the program for our meeting,
February 4.

It will be the program we had to cancel for the January meeting since the speaker
was ill.

Note that Tom Mansfield/KG4TND chair of the Emergency Preparedness
Committee will have to miss the meeting.He will forward his report to Bill
DeVore, Secretary BARS
