The Bardstown 145.470 -600 PL 151.4 repeater is the home to the weekly KARS 2-Meter Net every Sunday night at 9 pm EST time. This informal net is a sort of "meeting-on-the-air" for local hams, and serves as a way to pass along information of interest to amateurs in the community.

The KARS 10-Meter Net meets every Sunday night at 9:30 pm EST time on 28.380 USB. This informal net is a sort of "meeting-on-the-air" for local hams, and serves as a way to pass along information of interest to amateurs in the community.
