It is with sadness that we have been notified that long-time
member Arch Howard/WA4LRT has passed away. His
obit is copied below. We extend our personal and club
condolences to Arch's family. He was a friend to many
of us and we always valued his comments, suggestions
and advice. Arch will be missed.

Arch L. Howard
HOWARD Arch L, 79, retired nuclear physicist with the U.S. government, died Tue, April 15, 2008. Born in Carlisle, KY, he was a son of the late J.W. and Emma Nisha Howard. Arch was an active member of the Lexington Lions Club, Aviation Museum of Kentucky, NARFE, as well as local bike clubs. He is survived by a sister, Jean Pellegrin; niece, Lucy Cooper; nephews, Scott Duncan, Stephen Pellegrin and Robert Pellegrin. A memorial celebration will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Aviation Museum of Kentucky Building Fund or the Lexington Lions Club Endowment Fund. www.milwardfuneral.com
