[KYHAM] Seismic After Action Critique/Review

WHO PLAYED IN AREA 1, 2 AND 3?  WE NEED TO DOCUMENT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN
SUPPORT OF THE NG EXERCISE IN MARCH. 

Thanks to those very few who have expressed a desire to participate in an
after hours critique/review of the National Guard Communications Exercise
that was conducted in EM Areas 1, 2 and 3 the first week of March.  Only one
individual was brave enough to actually critique the exercise and I applaud
him. He shall go unnamed but not forgotten.  

After every exercise or actual incident (Per KRS 39) a critique is conducted.

I ask one more time for your participation in a 800 number call in
teleconference during non-business hours to conduct this critique. If you
participated in the NG exercise, we need your comments. Thanks for your
service!
