[KYHAM] Seismic After Action Report

The National Guard held their AAR for the seismic exercise conducted the
first week of March and from what I hear they were very complimentary of our
response during the exercise.  However, there are still some major
information gaps in how the amateur radio community responded and these
details need to be shared.  I would be interested in sponsoring a telephone
conference call after action review at our expense later this month if there
is sufficient interest.  The monthly ARES report had no operational
information posted on the exercise so in an effort to help HAM Radio I want
to conduct a conference call to capture all of the activity from the
exercise.
