[KYHAM] WxSpots Test Tonight

Thanks to all who participated. I made an archive and even printed out the
reports from tonight. I consider this impromptu test a success. If we can
work out some issues with what to report (Same as on the air op's in many
areas!) this can open new vistas to aid us in working widespread weather op
s and even let us make use of members of the public who are not interested
in amateur radio, but only in helping with spotting efforts. In severe
events like tonight, we need all the trained eyes we can get.
