[KYHAM] Wx Spots Program Test Tonight

I've been logged into WxSpots through the first line of storms.  I can see
how it could be a useful tool, especially if we organize a bit.

The messages can get distracting.  I suggest that users check the "Don't
move to front for this session" box on the messages window if they are
trying to monitor other applications at the same time.  Otherwise, it will
monopolize your screen if users get chatty.
