Have had a huge! response asking for copies of the Winter Storm Safety and
Survival program. Not sure what the problem is, but I have started having
connection problems when I go to send the PPT slides now. After about 2-3
minutes , it disconnects when I am sending these slides! Perhaps some of my
ISP's software thinks I am spamming to the tune of 2.5 Meg a shot!  

The ISP says they are having no problems, but I can't maintain a connection
long enough to send the files anymore.  I am checking my home phone lines to
see if a line is bad or a connection at a jack. In the mean time, those
wanting to look it over for personal use can download it in a pdf format
from KyHam thanks to Pat Spencer, KD4PWL. For those on dial up like me, this
is easier as it is reduced to a 1.3 meg file that way.
