[KYHAM] KY QSO Party?

Instead of giving up, consider changing weekends.

Setting up the Indiana QSO Party to run the same weekend as the New 
England QSO Party, and now the 7 call area QSO Party, has been a big 
success.  The HDXCC has done a great job reviving and sponsoring INQP.
